dc.description.abstractThe study assessed the quality of student leadership in secondary schools in Mbarara city north. A cross-sectional research design was adopted using mixed methods. The findings reveal conflict resolution, team work, and communication skills as approaches used by student leaders to manage discipline in Mbarara city secondary schools. The study concludes that student leaders are very influential in managing discipline. The study recommends constant engagement between management of schools and student leaders for effective discipline management among learners.
